Do I need to be a Lutheran to attend Good Shepherd?
No! You don’t need to be Lutheran to attend Good Shepherd! Here’s why:
Everyone Truly Is Welcome
We warmly welcome all people, regardless of background, faith journey, or identity. We believe in Radical Hospitality, modeling Jesus’ love to everyone.
You are invited to “come-as-you-are.” There’s no dress code and no requirement to share beliefs; you can participate at your own comfort level.
Worship Together: You’re welcome to join our liturgical services, enjoy Scripture, prayer, music, and communion—without needing prior Lutheran knowledge or affiliation.
Find Community: Join fellowship groups, educational classes, or volunteer opportunities. These are open to anyone, with no membership requirements.
You don’t need to be Lutheran, baptized, or even Christian to start coming.
You’re invited to explore, ask questions, and participate however feels right.
If you’d like to dive deeper, membership is optional and available later—but not required to attend or join us.
