Do you have a youth group or college-aged group?
Yes! At Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, we offer both a vibrant youth group and a welcoming space for college-aged students.
Youth Group
Our Youth Group meets every Wednesday evening from 6:00–8:00 p.m. throughout the year (except on holidays). These gatherings begin in the Youth Room with informal conversation and connection, followed by engaging group activities.
Youth also have opportunities for deeper faith experiences through:
Summer Mission Trips with YouthWorks, serving communities across the U.S.
The ELCA National Youth Gathering every three years—an unforgettable event where 30,000+ Lutheran teens come together for worship, service, and spiritual growth.
College-Aged Group
For college students attending UW–La Crosse, Viterbo University, Western Technical College, or any other local institution, we invite you to connect with Lutheran Campus Ministry (LuMin). This student-led ministry partners with local congregations, including Good Shepherd, to offer:
Sunday evening worship designed for college students
Bible studies, retreats, and mission trips
Coffee shop meetups and fellowship opportunities
A supportive faith community at the “Common Ground” student center
Whether you’re in high school or college, Good Shepherd and LuMin offer meaningful ways to grow in faith, build friendships, and serve others.
